Hi Everyone, Welcome to Alameda Volleyball. This is a group design for anyone that wants to have fun playing volleyball and meet new people. We welcome players of all skills level to join us and drink beer and learn to each other to be a better player. We aren't the most experienced but it's more of a social event. It's time for the Contra Costa region to have its own volleyball meetup group. Come out and let's play some recreational volleyball. Let's do this while the weather is great for outdoor games. The Roseville Volleyball Meetup Group is intended for volleyball players who are looking for great competition in a friendly environment.  Our members have varying strengths and skills, but overall are an easy-going group. It's almost summer and it's time to get outside and play some volleyball and meet some new Oakland people. All-inclusive LGBTA and queer and questioning group for casual, fun non-competitive volleyball. But just because it's non-competitive doesn't mean that if you're a more seasoned player you can't join in too. This league is open to all ability levels and people looking to expand their social circle and enjoy something active outside.

It's 6 on 6, but a team is allowed to play with 4 to reduce forfeits. When you have 6 on the court, you must have at least 2 women. (If you have only 4 players, at least 1 must be a woman.) Each match consists of 3 games and we keep it exciting for everyone on the team through our 3 divisions (Sorta Players, Casual and Extremely Casual). Raise a glass to that killer spike at our organized happy hours after each game!

We are looking for people of any age who have intermediate experience, so that we can have competitive games several times per week. This group is focused on doubles play and building pre-existing skills.
